Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ProfileHub, a service provided by PsychiatryGlobal UK ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using ProfileHub you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ProfileHub lets healthcare professionals build a compliance profile, upload documents, and share them with authorised recruiters. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, misleading, infringing or malicious content.
• Attempt to access other users' data or bypass security controls.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of documents you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to provide the service and to share them with recipients you select.

5. Availability

We aim to keep ProfileHub available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance and outages may occur.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing info@profilehub.co.uk. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
