ProfileHub ("we", "us", "our") is part of PsychiatryGlobal UK, a healthcare services group based in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we collect and use personal data when you use ProfileHub, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are

The data controller is PsychiatryGlobal UK (ProfileHub). You can contact us at info@profilehub.co.uk.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), phone.
• Compliance documents: identification, certificates, training records and other files you upload.
• Usage data: log-in times, IP address, device/browser information, pages viewed.
• Communications: emails and support messages you send us.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the ProfileHub service (contract — Art. 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).
• To verify identity and meet healthcare compliance obligations (legal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c)).
• To secure the platform and prevent fraud (legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To send service emails (verification, password reset, notifications).

4. Sharing

We share data with authorised recruiters (e.g. ADHD Plus Recruiting) only when you choose to share your profile, and with processors who help us run the service (hosting, email delivery, database). We do not sell personal data.

5. International transfers

Where data is processed outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep account and compliance data for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterwards to meet legal and audit requirements, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port or object to processing of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). To exercise any right email info@profilehub.co.uk.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is protected by authentication and row-level security policies. Only authorised staff may access personal data.
